An opportunity for a Specialist General Surgeon to join another 2 General Surgeons within a diverse and inclusive workplace in the heart of the community. 

About the Role

What's the Job? Based in on the Central Queensland coastline, you will be based in a regional hospital. This 79 bed hospital offers a range of general and specialist inpatient and outpatient services for a population of 65,000 people in the the region. This permanent full time position, will provide safe, high quality surgical services and assist in the management of acute and elective surgical conditions both in adults and children. A strong interest and demonstrated expertise in Breast Surgery as part of general scope of practice is preferred.  At present there is a 31-bed mixed General Surgical and Medical Ward and a four bed High Dependency Unit, where patients may be held with additional beds are available for paediatric patients. Ideal Candidate
