Connect Medical is looking for an Emergency Staff Specialist to join this regional team dedicated to providing emergency treatment for country people closer to home.

About the Role

There are two roles available within the team and with a full compliment of Specialists. The team has good junior support. The role would consists of 6 shifts a fortnight and the on-call is 1 in 4.   The Emergency Department (ED) has been significantly expanded from 10 to 22 treatment spaces. It has two resuscitation rooms, fast track treatment areas, multiple treatment bays, an infection isolation room, a separate paediatric area, enlarged waiting areas and a private family room.  Mount Gambier lies half way between Adelaide and Melbourne and is the second most populated in south Australia. The community is most welcoming and the area hosts some of the most beautiful natural attractions.  What's on offer? Total Indicative Remuneration  $405,559 - $527,076 p.a.  Salary Packaging  Commitment to ongoing professional development, including conference and sabbatical leave, in additional to annual leave entitlements

Ideal Candidate
