On the permanent recruitment side, we help with a very systematic process targeted at skill, behavioural and cultural fit (its rigour reduces the chance of a poor hiring decision), and we search for repeating patterns of candidate behaviour in their career (a strong predictor of future behaviour). In particular, we are skilled in sourcing people who do not respond to advertising, but rather have to be proactively approached.
We also work closely with a select range of multidisciplinary engineering and project management consultancies. They can help with discrete packages of work that have defined deliverables. (e.g. a specific design component or project management of a key area).
Warren’s career in recruitment, management and consulting began in 1991. Since this time, he has provided services with the support of his teams to clients in the following sectors: consulting engineering (mining/minerals processing and commercial), mining, construction, oil/gas operating companies, energy, government, and manufacturing.
Warren has a strong technical background and holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Strategic Human Resource Management from the University of Southern Queensland.
Dan has facilitated over 200 workshops (leadership and sales team development, Lean and Six Sigma process improvement, Kepner Tregoe problem solving / decision making / project management). His early career in manufacturing, engineering and utilities included roles within engineering design, logistics, plant supervision and technical sales. His highly facilitative approach first developed working in management recruitment in the 90s.
Dan holds an Honours Degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Sydney, a Graduate Certificate in Management from the AGSM and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from HBA Learning.
